Pre-order policy

Customers can reserve a timepiece from an upcoming production run by pre-ordering. Payment in full is required in exchange for a significant discount off the planned retail price.

If you like to place pre-orders for your favorite watches, please pay attention to the following before placing your pre-order:

 

Preorder Fulfillment

  • Pre-orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • You can find the estimated time of arrival (ETA or ship date) for every pre-order watch by visiting its "product page" on our website. We provide our absolute best estimate for the pre-order ship date. However, new releases or restocking models sometimes can be held up in production, quality control, border customs, or any other situations beyond our control. Please note that all pre-order ship dates are approximate and are subject to change without notice.
  • Please contact us before shipment if you wish to change the delivery address or swap out models for your pre-order. Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after shipment.

 

Preorder Cancellation

When a pre-order watch is purchased, the total amount of the order will be charged immediately. You can cancel your order at any time within the pre-order period by contacting customer service at info@phoiboswatcheurope.com or via Contact Us.

Once your pre-order is canceled, we will issue a refund to the payment method that you used to make the purchase. But please note that a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund for the pre-order cancellation. It is the transaction fees charged by our Payment Processing Platform like Stripe/PayPal. Besides, all refunds are processed in EUR and we are not responsible for any shifts in currency exchange rates between purchase and pre-order cancellation.

Alternatively, we can give you a shop credit so you can buy other watches the next time and avoid paying the cancellation fee. To do this, you must notify us at the time you cancel your preorder.

We are unable to cancel a pre-order once it has been processed for shipment as the item is already with the courier, and it would be subject to our usual Return Policy.

Preorder No Reason Return

With watches purchased by pre-order, you only have the right to return them within 7 days without providing a reason. They are not eligible for our standard 30-day return policy given that the deep-discount pricing has made the pre-order watches affordable and appealing for most customers.

You can return the watch within 7 days from the date of receipt (according to the logistics tracking updates), with no reason required. The watch must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. For the detailed Return Condition, please refer to Shipping & Returns.

You can reach out to us for a return and your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse. But please note that a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund as restocking fees in our warehouse.
