Shipping & Returns



We advise when you receive the watch, inspect the watch quality at first. When you inspect the watch quality, just take off protective film on the dial, please don't remove the protective film on the case back and bracelet/strap. If you find fault, please contact us at the first time.


Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a return, full refund, no questions asked policy, on all unworn products within 30 days of delivery. 

Standard Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your watch, email us within 30 days to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). You must  Contact Us to obtain the RMA number. The RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages sent without an RMA number will be rejected.

The watch must be returned in original packaging including all manuals, warranty cards along with any other original packaging. The protective film on the dial/case back/strap/bracelet/clasp) can't be removed. If you inspect the watch quality, just take off protective film one the dial,don't remove the protective film on the case back and bracelet/strap.A watch can only be returned if it has never been worn. The same applies to bands and clasps. It is impossible to wear a watch/band/clasp (even for short) periods and not get it scratched or blemished.  If the watch shows the slightest sign of being worn, we will not accept it, as we do not sell used or refurbished merchandise.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive it back and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued. If check watch is worn, will charge 50-200 EUR handling fee.

Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy is the same as the above return policy except for the following:

Please email us to find out the availability of an optional model.

Enclose invoice with defect information and/or optional model number desired.

If the watch is found to be defective, the watch will be either repaired or replaced with the same model and the original band will be put on the replacement watch. After a package is received, please allow 5-8 business days for it to be inspected.

After that, either refund or exchange will be given accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation. 



1.Shipped from UK warehouse

The UK warehouse shipment system can only entre English, so please left your address in English.

The watches stocked in the UK warehouse will be shipped via Royal Mail.

For UK Customer: Watches ordered from UK warehouse are VAT included, you don't need to pay any taxes or duties.

For EU Customer: Watches ordered from UK warehouse are VAT-exclusive and will be shipped via Royal Mail (we use third party warehouse services). 

2.Shipped from CZ warehouse

To offer better prices and service for the EU customers, we opened a new warehouse in the Czech Republic in early 2023. The EU customers don't need to pay any extra taxes when they place orders shipped from the CZ warehouse.

The orders will be shipped by DHL-Paket and delivered by the local post office in the destination country.

All international orders are subject to import duty and tax by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for all duty and tax. If you are unsure of the import taxes in your country, we recommend you contact your import authority. No international shipping times are guaranteed.

If a watch is currently out of stock, please try to order from and the watch will be shipped from our China warehouse.

Customers can choose Yun-eparcel-DDPEU (Delivery Duty Paid to European Union) at a cost of 10 USD to be duty-free at customs in the EU.

The estimated delivery time is 10-15 days.
